All recurring property-care plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Customers may cancel at any time. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period, and no additional recurring charges will be made after that period ends.
Refund requests for services that have not yet been performed are reviewed based on scheduling status and circumstances. Services already completed are generally non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Home Watch services consist of visual property observations and reporting. They are not a licensed home inspection, engineering inspection, mold inspection, pest inspection, security service, or a guarantee against damage, theft, weather events or system failure.
